Join Me at the Arty Party!

It was so great to see so many of you at the King Street Collective’s Print Pop Up Shop last weekend. It was definitely an event worth braving bridge run crowds. I am excited to be a part of another local artisan event on May 4th. As part of the North Charleston Arts Fest, I will be joining other artists at their Arty Party.

Local arts-related businesses and organizations will line the streets in the Olde Village of North Charleston on East Montague Street (between Jenkins Avenue and Virginia Avenue). Along with myself will be Motherland EssentialsBlack Octopus MercantileKB’s Unique CreationsLaWanda ‘s Creations, Bodiford Photography, The Bronze Jewelers, Paintings by Matt Kim, AtomaCon, Keva Designs Art, Sew Mary Creations, Dos Bandidos ArtDayna Lopez Art, Second Chances Art & Vintage, Marie Carladous ArtFabulon, Carly Amelia Thomas, Browns DesignsRoadside BloomsJess Ann Jewelry, Nemali llc, and I am sure there will be more to join the party.

There will be fun for kids (if I am not at my booth you may find me at the face painting or jump castle areas…inspecting for safety of course) and music from The Zandrina Dunning Experience and Swift Technique, Philly’s fiery funk extravaganza. Food and drink will be available from the always great Park Circle bars and restaurants.

Hopefully spring weather will officially be here by May. If you head out to the Arty Party, please stop by to say hello! If you stay at home, you’re bound to have many fewer people to hear you exclaim, “May the fourth be with you!” and that’s just no good for anyone!

  1. I hope you can help me. I’m looking for someone to correct the grammar on my book cover. The book has been published(The Cincinnati Kids/ available on Amazon) and I paid a company(Create Space) to do the cover design. I wrote my bio and the synopsis of the novel. What I submitted to Create Space and what they printed were two different things. The next week they closed that end of their business. I had no recourse to have it corrected or get my money back. How much would you charge to correct the grammar so that I can present it to Amazon advertising?
    Thank you,
    Walter C. Kuhlman
